WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
Your order will be processed once we receive your payment confirmation and verification from our payment processing partners within one (1) business day.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
You should automatically receive an order confirmation email within minutes of 'placing your order'. Your confirmation email can end up in your "JUNK MAIL" inbox at times. If you still have not received a confirmation email from LIVING LARGE WORLD within 24hours of your purchase time, please contact our sales team, and we will re-send your confirmation email.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE
You will receive a follow-up email with your package tracking number once your package has been dispatched. Tap on the tracking number to view scheduled delivery updates and time(s) from the mail-courier.
I DON'T LIKE THE ITEM I PURCHASED AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT?
Returns are accepted within 30days of purchase for 'store credit' in the form of a gift card. For returns please contact us and we will guide you through our return process.
